By registering with Medfluencers through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
- Eligibility: Registration is open to doctors, healthcare professionals and healthcare content creators with valid professional qualifications, wherever applicable.
- Registration: Joining the Medfluencers Network is voluntary. Registration does not guarantee selection, brand collaborations or paid opportunities.
- Verification: Medfluencers may verify your professional qualifications, registration details and other information provided during registration.
- Non-Exclusive Participation: Joining Medfluencers does not restrict you from independently working with other brands, agencies or organisations.
- Brand Collaborations: All campaign opportunities, deliverables, payments and other commercial terms will be discussed and mutually agreed upon separately.
- Professional Compliance: Members must follow applicable laws, medical ethics, professional guidelines and advertising regulations while participating in campaigns.
- Use of Information: Information submitted during registration may be used for verification, communication and identifying suitable collaboration opportunities, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Use of Professional Profile: Medfluencers may use your professional details to assess your suitability for opportunities. Any public promotional use of your name, photograph or content will require appropriate permission.
- No Guaranteed Earnings: Medfluencers does not guarantee any minimum number of campaigns, earnings or commercial opportunities.
- Removal from Network: Medfluencers reserves the right to reject or discontinue membership in cases of false information, misconduct or violation of applicable guidelines.
- Separate Agreements: Any agency commission, exclusivity, content usage rights or other contractual obligations will be governed by a separate agreement mutually accepted by the parties.
- Changes to Terms: Medfluencers may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be available on the website.
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
